"Enough is Enough", the words of Gezim Selimi, a retired teacher in Pristina as he voted today in the Kosovo elections. He was one of a snap shot of voters questioned by journalists about what it like to be voting again in Kosovo.
He may well have been speaking to much of the nation, it's the third parliamentary election in 18 months. And back they went today because no one party has been able to gain a strong enough majority to pull the country out of political deadlock. The results keep producign hung parliaments, that cannot turn into functioning governments.
This used to be the curse of Belgian politics. Let's cross to Brussels and speak to the journalist Jakob Weizman, who covers Europea Politics for Politico.
