Search for 81-year-old Christchurch woman Valerie Hargrave, missing two days

Valerie Hargrave has not been seen since Saturday morning when she left her Woolston home.

A police search is ongoing for an 81-year-old Christchurch woman missing for two days.

Valerie Hargrave left her Woolston home for a walk at 10.30am on Saturday.

Police said she was wearing a pink cardigan or jersey and walked with a shuffle.

Hargrave was 167 centimetres tall and of small build.

Police said her family were very concerned for her well-being and they wanted to hear from anyone who might have seen her.
