Remulla turns over Curlee Discaya to Bulacan jail

CITY OF MALOLOS — Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jonvic Remulla on Monday led the expected transfer of arrested contractor Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya to the Bulacan Provincial Jail. Remulla arrived at the Bulacan Regional Trial Court (RTC) in this city minutes ahead of Discaya and his lawyers. Judge Mirasol Ong Dychingco of Branch 20 will hear the graft and malversation charges filed against Discaya and 10 others. The cases are non-bailable.
