The program allows people outside of Social Discovery Group to recommend candidates for open or future roles across every function and seniority level - IT or non-IT. That means developers, designers, marketers, HR professionals, finance specialists, and more. If your referral gets hired and completes their integration period, you earn a bonus of up to $5,000 . And there’s no limit: refer as many as you like, and get rewarded for every successful hire. The program in numbers: 2025 results The impact of the referral program is real and growing. Almost anyone! 👩‍💻 You can refer candidates for any current opening at SDG or submit a profile for future consideration. To be eligible, candidates must: Not have applied to SDG or been in contact with our recruitment team within the last 6 months Not already be referred by another person Not be a self-referral (if you’re looking for opportunities yourself, check out our open positions directly) That’s it. There are no limits on the number of referrals you can submit, and bonuses are awarded for each successful hire, so the more great people you know, the more you can earn. How it works: 3 simple steps 1. Submit a referral Complete a short form with your and your candidate’s details, upload their CV, add their LinkedIn profile, and select whether it’s for a specific vacancy or future consideration. Choose your connection to them and submit. \ Once submitted, you’ll instantly receive a unique tracking code — in a pop-up and via email — to check your referral’s status anytime. 2. We review the candidate Our recruitment team takes over, evaluating the candidate and managing the entire hiring process. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way, and if the candidate is already in our system, we’ll let you know. 3. You earn your bonus When your candidate accepts a permanent position and completes their integration period (typically 3–6 months), we’ll pay your referral bonus. Payment timelines are shared upfront — no surprises. How much can you earn? Earn up to $5,000 per successful referral, with the amount depending on the role.
