
CEBU CITY, Philippines — Two Cebu-based examinees were among the topnotchers of the June 2026 Occupational Therapists Computer-Based Licensure Examination.
Edsh Ryle Sales Rosales of Cebu Doctors University led the national list, placing first with a rating of 84.50 percent.

Samantha Monroid Abadilla, also from Cebu Doctors University, placed seventh with a rating of 80.00 percent.
No other Cebu topnotchers
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the list of top examinees on Monday evening, June 8, 2026.
Rosales and Abadilla were the only examinees from Cebu to make the topnotchers list.
Their achievement marked another milestone for Cebu’s academic and health care community, especially for aspiring occupational therapists in the province.

In its announcement, the PRC stated: “Starting June 29, 2026, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line.
“Please visit the official PRC website (www.prc.gov.ph) and follow the instructions for registration.
“Those who will register are required to bring the following: 1) Screenshot of system-generated Registration Form; 2) valid government-issued ID.

“Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals. The date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.”
