Apple is holding WWDC 2026 this week, and we saw some interesting upgrades coming to iOS 27 this fall. The latest software update is only available in developer beta, with a public beta set to come out in the next month or two, and the general release likely happening in September.

While public betas give enthusiasts and everyday users a way to test the latest iteration of Apple's software, it's almost always best for iPhone users to wait for the stable release of iOS.
