MANILA – Most parts of the country will continue to get drenched with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Tuesday.
The southwest monsoon, however, will cause scattered rains and thunderstorms across Ilocos Region, Batanes, Babuyan Islands, and Zambales.
Moderate to heavy rains in those areas could result in flash floods or landslides.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas.
Meanwhile, PAGASA said that as of 2 a.m., no low pressure area is monitored for possible tropical cyclone formation. (PNA)
