First lady Melania Trump on Tuesday morning will unveil the winners of the Trump administration’s first artificial intelligence (AI) competition for students at a White House ceremony.
The challenge was first announced last August, when the first lady urged kids across the country to “unleash their imagination and showcase the spirit of American innovation” through the use of AI. It was open to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
President Trump also signed an executive order last year aimed at incorporating AI into classrooms.
The event is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. EDT.
