Chris Billam-Smith returns to the cruiserweight rankings after stopping Ryan Rozicki in an entertaining battle on Saturday in Bournemouth, England, Zuffa Boxing's first show held in the United Kingdom.

Billam-Smith ended a yearlong absence and made his Zuffa Boxing debut, and Rozicki was coming off a second-round stoppage of Gerardo Mellado in March. But Rozicki would have no such luck against Billam-Smith, who throttled him with power punches in close quarters.

Rozicki was game and started fast with relentless pressure. Still, Billam-Smith weathered the early storm and dished out significant punishment after deciding to meet a charging Rozicki head-on with power punching. An uppercut in Round 3 buzzed Rozicki badly and set the table for what was to come. Billam-Smith took control in Rounds 4 and 5, landing thudding combinations against an opponent who had no regard for defense. The punishment piled up by Round 7, as Rozicki's corner stopped the fight in between rounds.

"CBS" returns to the cruiserweight rankings at No. 4 while Rozicki drops to No. 9.

Also on Saturday, Andrew Moloney secured a massive win by outpointing Willibaldo Garcia in Japan to become the IBF junior bantamweight champion. Moloney's combination punching and effective counters neutralized the awkward Garcia. Moloney owned the early rounds, but Garcia came on strong late in the contest. Moloney closed the fight strongly with flurries and earned a majority decision with scores of 115-113, 115-113 and 114-114. Moloney moves up to No. 5 while Garcia falls a spot to No. 6.

ESPN's divisional boxing rankings highlight the best in the sport in every weight class. Rankings will change based on recent results and performances. Fighters who have announced they are moving to a different weight class will be ranked in that new division, if warranted, only once they fight in that weight class. Fighters who currently own titles in two divisions can be ranked in both.

Fighters who haven't competed in the past 12 months -- and don't have a fight scheduled -- will be dropped from the rankings until they fight again. Any fighter who tests positive for a performance-enhancing substance will also be removed. That boxer will be eligible to reenter the rankings after his next bout.
