Candace Ebhomielen is entering Edo State through Edo Vidia Homes & Park as real estate development continues across Ogun, with BlueDutch advancing site work, road construction, culvert infrastructure, and rapid physical allocation across its locations.
Her entry into Benin City reflects active project rollout, with early-stage site activity already shaping how Edo Vidia Homes & Park will take form. Located off the Sapele Road Bypass, the development is positioned to combine accessibility with residential comfort, supported by features designed for everyday use.
In Edo, the project introduces elements such as green areas, a recreation centre, a gated layout, children’s play spaces, and a secured environment supported by 24-hour surveillance and an armed security station. These features are being implemented alongside site preparation, ensuring that development progresses with essential components already in place.
Development activity in Ogun State continues to focus on improving how sites function. In Ilado, road creation and the construction of a culvert bridge are influencing how movement and access are handled, ensuring that both residents and investors can navigate the area effectively.
BlueDutch is also carrying out rapid physical allocation across its developments, allowing buyers to take possession of defined plots as work progresses on site. This ensures that development is not only visible but experienced directly.
For Candace, the decision to move into Edo is tied to both demand and delivery. “Every city has its own rhythm, and as developers, we have to respect that and introduce organisation and value,” she said. “Edo Vidia is about creating a space that reflects how people want to live today.”
Her engagement with industry stakeholders has also formed part of the project’s rollout. In April 2026, she hosted an activation session for real estate agents centred on Edo Vidia Homes & Park. The session focused on helping participants understand both the project and the broader dynamics of real estate investment.

“I have always believed that the strength of the industry depends on how informed the people within it are,” she explained. “When realtors understand what they are selling and why it matters, they don’t just close deals, they build trust.”
Across BlueDutch’s operations, project delivery is handled with a focus on usability and access. In Ogun, infrastructure improvements continue to support how developments function. In Edo, new projects are being introduced with site readiness already in view.
This alignment across locations reflects how development activity is being carried out with attention to both environment and usage. Each project is positioned to function from the outset, supported by access routes, site planning, and ongoing improvements.
“We are very deliberate about how we build,” Candace said. “The goal is to create environments that people can grow in, invest in, and feel secure in.”
As work progresses in Edo and development continues across Ogun, the combination of new project activity, infrastructure delivery, and allocation efforts shows how BlueDutch is advancing through active execution across its locations.
This positions Candace Ebhomielen as a developer focused on delivering projects that are ready for use, with consistent activity shaping how each development is experienced on ground.
