AVC Women's Cup: Alas faces must-win vs unbeaten Chinese Taipei

CANDON CITY, Ilocos Sur – Chinese Taipei remained unbeaten in three games in Pool A ahead of its duel against Alas Pilipinas in the 2026 Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) Women’s Cup. Chinese Taipei turned to Wu Tzuhua, who dropped 13 points to sweep Uzbekistan, 25-17, 25-13, 25-19, on Tuesday at Candon City Arena here. Besides Wu, Xu Zhenxuan and Ko-Hui Kan delivered 11 points each, while Tsai Yuchun chipped in 10 to tie South Korea on top with 3-0 records.
