
MANILA, Philippines — The International Criminal Court (ICC) Pre-Trial Chamber III has ordered a new medical examination on former President Rodrigo Duterte to assess his fitness to stand trial for the alleged commission of crimes against humanity during his administration’s bloody war on drugs.
