
CEBU CITY, Philippines — A man was wounded after being shot by a townmate allegedly driven by a long-standing personal grudge in Barangay Canbanua, Argao town, on Friday evening, June 12, 2026. The victim was identified as Jayford Earl Villegas, of legal age, single, and a resident of Barangay Canbanua.
