Italian football icon Francesco Totti has been spotted at the Hilton Malta, much to the delight of local football fans.
Widely regarded as one of the greatest Italian footballers of all time, Totti is best known for spending his entire professional career with AS Roma, a rarity in modern football.
The former attacking midfielder made more than 780 appearances for the club and scored over 300 goals during a career that spanned more than two decades, earning him legendary status among Roma supporters and the nickname “Il Capitano”.
Totti also enjoyed success on the international stage, playing a key role in 2006 FIFA World Cup, which Italy went on to win.
Since retiring in 2017, he has remained one of football’s most recognisable and respected figures.
His appearance at Hilton Malta quickly caught the attention of local football enthusiasts, with many excited to spot one of the sport’s biggest icons on the island.
