
MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — To mark its 65th Charter Anniversary, Lapu-Lapu City is bringing to life its rich culture and heritage through creative street designs that tell the unique stories of its 30 barangays. Called “Mugna,” the barangay-based creative street design competition is an initiative that, according to the Lapu-Lapu City Public Information Office, honors culture, heritage, and unity through artistic expression.
