NMC defends Teodoro vs China sanctions, upholds rights in West PH Sea

MANILA, Philippines — The Marcos-created National Maritime Council (NMC) has pushed back against the sanctions imposed by China on Defense Secretary Gilberto ”Gibo” Teodoro Jr. and his family.
