B&B Tech Group Launches ‘Timro Ticket’ E-Ticketing App in Kathmandu

Kathmandu. Technology company B&B Tech Group has launched a new e-ticketing mobile application, ‘Timro Ticket’, aimed at digitizing and streamlining ticket purchase and management for events across Nepal.

The company said the app is designed to make ticketing for concerts, sports events, cultural programs and other activities more secure, convenient and efficient. It added that the platform is expected to contribute to the development of a digital ticketing culture in the country.

According to full-stack developer Ashwin Sunar, the application has been built with a user-friendly interface to simplify the processes of ticket purchase, distribution and management.

“The app is designed to make ticketing easier and more organized for users as well as organizers,” Sunar said. The official launch event was held in Kathmandu on Saturday.

On the occasion, the company also announced collaborations with B&B Technical Research Institute, Fishtail Academy Bridge and Hakim Entertainment. The partnerships are expected to strengthen coordination between the technology, research, education, skill development and entertainment sectors, the company said.
