GENERAL SANTOS CITY – President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. returned to quake-affected areas in Region 12 or Soccsksargen for the second time on Monday, less than a week after a powerful tremor jolted the area on June 8.
Marcos arrived at the airport here on Monday morning and proceeded to Glan, the worst-quake-hit town in Sarangani province. He went via helicopter to conduct an aerial inspection and visit evacuees.
The President visited this city last Wednesday, two days after the magnitude 7.8 earthquake also rocked the area.
