Rotational brownouts possible in Metro Cebu from 4 to 8 p.m. on June 15

MANDAUE CITY, Cebu — Visayan Electric has warned of possible rotational brownouts within its franchise areas from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today if the power supply remains unstable.
