MANILA, Philippines — The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said it plans to reach out to the woman who claimed to be the estranged wife of Ateneo de Manila University men’s basketball team head coach Tab Baldwin.
CIDG Director Maj. Gen. Robert Morico II said Monday that investigators will look into the statement made by the woman as part of the ongoing investigation into the deaths of basketball players Rene Baterbonia and Divine Adili.

“We will also try to reach out to the wife, who I think is abroad in New Zealand, including the daughter. We hope to connect (with them),” he added./dp
