
MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin during his two-day visit to Kazan, Russia this week will focus on food and energy security, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said on Monday.
