LandBank, NIA expand financing to farmers

MANILA, Philippines – State-run Land Bank of the Philippines and the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) have teamed up to strengthen funding in irrigated areas. The two agencies signed an agreement to expand access to affordable financing and support services for farmers.
