Watch: 12-Year-Old Maltese Boy Sets Record Collection With 1,517 Saint Statues

According to The Malta Records, Mattia’s collection currently totals 1,517 saint figurines.

The record was officially presented during an episode of Bonġu Malta broadcast live from Naxxar on TVM.

At the time of receiving the recognition, Mattia was aged 12 years, 7 months and 5 days.

The Malta Records described Mattia as a highly devoted young collector and encouraged anyone who owns saint figurines and wishes to help him continue expanding the collection to get in touch through The Malta Records, Bonġu Malta or Mattia’s family.
