Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce Step Out for Broadway Date Night at ‘Oh, Mary!’

Your English teacher and your gym teacher took a detour to the drama department.

Indeed, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, both 36, enjoyed a showstopping Broadway date night on June 13. The couple went to see a performance of the Tony Award-winning comedy Oh, Mary!, which currently stars Maya Rudolph in the lead role of Mary Todd Lincoln.

Following the show, the “Blank Space” artist and the Kansas City Chiefs player posed backstage with Rudolph as well as other cast members Cheyenne Jackson, Martin Landry, Bianca Leigh and Phillip James Brannon as well as director Sam Pinkleton.

The pair kept it casual during their outing, with Swift donning a sleeveless, purple velvet dress while Kelce rocked a Hawaiian shirt. The duo later went to the “Cornelia Street” singer’s old stomping grounds in the West Village for dinner at The Eighty Six steakhouse.

And Swift is no stranger to the restaurant, having taken her entire family—including her parents Scott Swift and Andrea Swift and brother Austin Swift—out for a charming Mother’s Day meal there on May 11.

As this most recent date shows, Swift and Kelce still find time to have chill nights for themselves in spite of whatever wedding planning duties are on their plate—plans they’ve held very close to the chest since Kelce proposed in August 2025. At the time, the “Lover” singer revealed her engagement on Instagram with the caption, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”

Now, they are gearing up to throw a big bash for their nuptials, with Swift previously sharing that she wouldn’t limit her guest list to her small inner circle. Although the two have kept the rest of the details of their wedding under wraps, one thing is for certain: It’ll be huge.

“I know it’s gonna be fun to plan,” she previously said on The Graham Norton Show last October, “because I think the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount and people are on the bubble.”
