Former Sporting Lisbon and Manchester
United manager Ruben Amorim is the new coach of AC Milan
following Massimiliano Allegri's exit, the Portuguese media said
Monday saying that a deal had been reached with the 41-ywar-old
from Lisbon.
Amorim and Milan have reached an agreement, according to
Portuguese newspaper A Bola.
The Rossoneri and the coach, according to the Portuguese
newspaper, have reached an agreement for a two-year contract
with an option for a third year worth €3.5 million net per
season plus bonuses tied to winning titles and qualifying for
the Champions League.
Amorim could be in Milan between today and tomorrow to sign the
contract.
Twenty days after Allegri's departure, it seems that AC Milan
has found its new coach.
AC sacked Allegri after a slump in form saw them fail to
qualify for next season's Champions League.
Former Juve boss Allegri has taken over at Napoli after former
Italy boss Antonio Conte left the Partenopei, with a two-year
