
MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Finance (DOF) is seeking new investments from Unilever to expand the country’s green manufacturing initiatives. In a statement on Tuesday, the DOF said Finance Secretary Frederick Go and Unilever officials recently met and discussed potential new investments in the country. For its part, Unilever is considering strengthening its production facilities in the Philippines.
