VMMS Earns a 57 Proof of Usefulness Score by Automating Paper-Based Voucher Processing

VMMS is a Laravel- and Vue-powered voucher management platform designed to replace paper-based processing in government offices, schools, and businesses. Created by BSIT student Chris Lloyd Abot Fallaria, the system provides workflow automation, real-time tracking, audit trails, role-based access, and notifications. The project currently holds a Proof of Usefulness score of 48.72 and is focused on securing its first institutional deployments.
