Live results: Oklahoma Republicans jockey to succeed Hern in House
Oklahomans are voting in a series of House primary elections Tueday, including the open race to succeed Rep. Kevin Hern (R).
Hern is leaving his seat to run for Senate after former Sen. Markwayne Mullin (D) was picked to lead the Department of Homeland Security. There is a crowded field of Republicans looking to replace the incumbent in the solid red House district.
All other incumbents in Oklahoma’s other three House districts are running for reelection and expected to stay in GOP hands.
