Angeline Quinto finishes college, earns business degree

Angeline Quinto fulfilled a promise she made to her late adoptive mom, Mama Bob, as the singer-actress graduated from college at the age of 36.

Quinto shared her academic milestone through a series of posts on her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, June 16. She graduated from ⁠Immaculada Concepcion College with a degree in business administration, major in marketing management

During her commencement ceremony, Quinto had a pin that featured a photo of her and Mama Bob on her graduation gown.

“To my best guardian angel in heaven, Mama, this is all for you,” she wrote.

“As I have always promised, I will continue to make you proud, Mama,” she added.

Quinto also shared Instagram videos from other attendees at the ceremony, including a clip of her singing “Patuloy ang Pangarap” during the program.

Celebrating Quinto’s achievement with her were her husband Nonrev Daquina and their two children Sylvio and Sylvia.

Quinto rose to fame after she joined and emerged as the champion of the talent competition “Star Power” in 2011.

She got married to Daquina in 2024. The couple welcomed Sylvio in 2022 and Sylvia in 2024. /edv
