WATCH: Escudero opts out of blue ribbon committee, says majority

MANILA, Philippines – Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero asked not to be included in the blue ribbon committee chaired by Sen. Erwin Tulfo.

At the special session Wednesday morning, Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri said while all members of the majority will be siting on the blue ribbon committee, Escudero requested not to be included in the powerful oversight panel.
