MANILA, Philippines – The Committee on Appointments (CA) confirmed on Wednesday the promotion of five generals from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).

During its session, the CA confirmed the appointments of Lieutenant General Edmundo G. Peralta, Vice Admiral Allan M. Javier, Major General Isagani O. Criste, Brigadier General Niceforo M. Diaz Jr., and Brigadier General Rosemawatte A. Remo.
