Bacosa will take on Rodelyn Perez for the vacant Philippine Boxing Federation (PBF) lightweight championship at the DRP Sports Complex in Muntinlupa City. The bout headlines part of the Hardstone Monis Boxing Gym card promoted by veteran boxing figure Art Monis.
The young Pacquiao enters the fight with an impressive 8–1–1 record, including five victories by knockout. He is currently riding an eight-fight unbeaten run since settling for a draw against Jommel Cudiamat in Manila in 2023.

His most recent outing came in February during the PMI Bohol Boxing Promotions’ Kumong Bol-anon XXIV card at the Tagbilaran City Cultural Center, where he faced Indonesian fighter Reynold Kundimang. Bacosa drew considerable attention from boxing fans and spectators, including actress Jillian Ward, who was among those in attendance.
Eman Bacosa hype
Bacosa lived up to the hype, stopping Kundimang via fourth-round knockout to extend his winning streak and strengthen his case as one of the country’s rising prospects.
Standing in his way, however, is Perez, who owns a 5–4 record with four knockouts. The Zamboanga Sibugay native also heads into the title clash with momentum, having won his last two fights against fellow Filipinos Conrado Tanamor and Nathaniel Bonggo.
