Gift Guide
From app-controlled paper airplanes to custom billiards-room signs, these are the Father’s Day picks worth gifting this year

My dad is my ride-or-die. Not only do we share some similar traits — an outgoing personality, a tendency to become the loudest people in a room, and an unmatched ability to finish an entire bottle of hairspray in a matter of weeks — but we also have overlapping interests. Our father-daughter dance at my wedding was a mashup of “Isn’t She Lovely” and “You’re So Vain,” which probably tells you everything you need to know about our relationship.
Because of that, I’ve always been pretty good at giving him gifts. And I’m not talking about the usual dad graveyard of striped ties and emergency sock restocks (though somehow he perpetually needs both). I mean, actually good gifts: Paper airplanes controlled by his phone, a full grill setup complete with an Omaha Steaks subscription, even a pizza oven that has become his entire personality since the day it entered the house.
You and I don’t share the same dad (and if we do, somebody has some explaining to do), but after years of professionally shopping for my own father, I’ve become pretty good at figuring out what dads actually want. And let’s be real: Your father, whether that means your dad, father figure, or just someone who stepped up and helped you survive life, deserves something as great as he is. At minimum, he should get compensation for all those nights he sat with you at the kitchen table while you sobbed through math homework… not that I’m speaking from experience or anything.
So on this list, you’ll find 45+ of the best Father’s Day gifts for one of the most important people in your life. And if you’re the wife of a father, unless your baby somehow has a verified credit card and access to expedited shipping, this shopping assignment still falls on you.
The Best Father’s Day Gifts 2026
From bar cart essentials shaped like tiny boats to historical gifts that perfectly complement his hyper-fixation on World War II and the Roman Empire, these are the best Father’s Day gifts of 2026.
And while we’re here, put this in your calendar right now: Father’s Day lands on Sunday, June 21. Don’t forget it. If he somehow remembered every one of your tee-ball games, dance recitals, and painfully long school concerts, you can remember a date. Most shipping deadlines start creeping up around the second week of June, and even earlier if personalization is involved, so do yourself a favor and start now.
Shop the list below, and who knows: maybe this finally bumps you into favorite-child territory. Though, between us, there probably wasn’t much competition anyway.
For the Dad Who Was Everyone’s Favorite Coach
Juegoal Kubb Game Set Backyard Game Set
Kubb is a lawn game supposedly invented by Vikings, and while your dad probably sees himself as a little more refined than that, something primal kicks in once he starts playing. Every time we’ve played in public, people stop to stare and wonder why we’re throwing wood at more wood. Fair question, honestly, but it’s fun as hell.
Callaway Chrome Tour USA Stripe Golf Balls
I always thought golf balls felt like the most obvious dad gift possible, right up there with grilling tools and striped ties. Then I learned not all golf balls are created equal. Trust me: you can’t go wrong with Callaway Chromes. They even released a special edition celebrating America’s 250th birthday, now available on Dick’s Sporting Goods.
Cozy Earth Matching Pajama Set
Retire your dad’s ratty old pajama pants — the pair he’s been emotionally attached to since the Bush administration — and upgrade him to a matching Cozy Earth set. One of our editors’ favorite brands, these are so comfortable he’ll want one in every print.
Brixton Bowery Flannel
Great flannels are rare pieces that work on teenage skaters, cool dads, and everyone in between. This Bowery Flannel from Brixton is one such piece. The classic flannel is made of vegan wool tri-blend and features a throwback look that Pops can rock year-round.
New York Times Custom Football Book
When my mom was in labor, my dad allegedly found time to ask the doctor about the Cowboys’ score. So if your dad has maintained that level of devotion to his team since day one, get him a custom football book detailing the legacy of his favorite franchise.
TravisMathew Cloud Quarter Zip
TravisMathew makes some of the best outerwear and athletic apparel around, and this zip-up works equally well for mornings on the green or evenings hovering around a grill. Fair warning: if he likes it, you’ll be responsible for future colorways every holiday going forward.
Custom Neon Sign
We gifted my dad a custom neon sign for his billiards-room last year, and it quickly became his favorite piece of wall decor. Pretty sure it replaced a few family photos, but no harm, no foul. Etsy lets you decide everything from the color to the quote.
Mount Gay Rum X Devereux Golf Collection
Mount Gay Rum and Devereux Golf just dropped a cool new clothing collab, and if your dad’s a golf enthusiast, a lover of good spirits, or simply someone who appreciates a camp-collar shirt, there’s probably something in this drop with his name on it.
Dr. Martens Crazy Horse Leather Loafers
Dr. Martens are for everyone — including your dad, who still insists you can’t wear black with blue. (Respectfully: He’s wrong.) These brown loafers will support him through everything from your college graduation to your father-daughter dance to holding his first grandchild… because Docs genuinely last that long.
Melin Odysea Rope Bulls Icon Hydro
Melin hats have fans ranging from Phil Mickelson to Ryan Sheckler — and yes, my dad, too. Which means your dad may soon join the club.
Smartphone-Controlled Paper Airplane
Growing up, I remember making paper airplanes with my dad at the kitchen table. Now you can upgrade one of the great childhood classics with a smartphone-controlled paper airplane — and selfishly, maybe this finally becomes your comeback story to win the race (just once).
Cameo Video
My dad loves the Cowboys so much that we named our first dog Dallas Emmitt… after Emmitt Smith. So if you want someone else wishing your dad a happy Father’s Day besides you, book him a Cameo from an NFL Hall of Famer or one of his other favorite celebrities.
Legends of the Game NHL Reversible Padded Bomber Jacket
Sure, Men’s Wearhouse has some of the best formalwear in the biz, but they also have a surprisingly solid selection of officially licensed NHL merch. His team might not have made it to the final rounds of the playoffs this year, but who knows? A piece of his squad’s gear could bring better luck next year.
Mystery Tackle Box Gift Plan
My dad lives and breathes fishing, but buying gear for a fisherman can feel like trying to shop for a musician: everyone suddenly has very specific opinions. Mystery Tackle Box removes the guesswork. Sign him up, and he’ll stay stocked all summer long.
Duke Cannon Supply Co. American Legend Jeep Bar Soap
Is getting your dad soap for Father’s Day weird? We don’t think so, for two reasons: 1) it gives him an excuse to finally retire that half-empty body wash bottle that’s been hanging around for months, and 2) this isn’t just any soap — it’s a collab between men’s grooming brand Duke Cannon and Jeep, which means he’ll proudly display it on the shower shelf and actually use it.
On Cloud 6
If your dad currently owns a pair of sneakers with a mysterious hole in them but insists they’re “still perfectly good,” upgrade him to On Clouds. They’re comfortable, stylish, and have quietly become the unofficial footwear of cool dads everywhere.
Yeti Tundra 45 Cooler
Coolers are to Father’s Day what flowers are to Mother’s Day: Sometimes it’s best not to reinvent the wheel. But if you’re getting one, make sure it’s a good one. Fill this Yeti with his favorite drinks, and who knows, your name may even make it all the way to Wi-Fi password territory.
StubHub Tickets
One of the best gifts you can give anyone is quality time, so take your dad to his favorite show or sporting event. Bruce Springsteen is touring, Phish is touring — suddenly all the music that raised you from the passenger seat of his Nissan Altima is available live and in person.
Arccos Air Game Tracker
This is for the dad who spent years practicing his golf swing in the living room while five-year-old you served as his only audience and occasional casualty. The Arccos Air Game Tracker will actually help refine his game, unlike your childhood feedback of “good one, Dad.”
Adidas Liverpool FC 26/27 Home Authentic Jersey
With the World Cup right around the corner, get him an Adidas jersey that reps one of his favorite football leagues (and no, not the kind with touchdowns). This Liverpool FC jersey comes in multiple size options, and if you’re still asking your dad for help with your phone bill, Afterpay can split payments into four installments.
Quince Daily Superfood Greens
My dad seems to think a healthy diet consists of Mike and Ikes and a large caramel swirl iced coffee from Dunkin’, so if your dad has a similar idea of what qualifies as a “meal,” help him get the proper sustenance he needs with Quince’s Daily Superfood Greens. The product promises to do everything from “helping minimize bloating to supporting sustained energy,” according to the brand, and reviewers praise both its surprisingly delicious taste and how good it makes them feel.
Aviator Nation MLB Collection
Baseball season is in full swing — no pun intended — and Aviator Nation’s MLB collection lets your dad rep his favorite team without looking like he’s been wearing the same stadium merch since 2007. Plus, this is one of the softest brands I’ve ever worn, which immediately puts it ahead of basically every free T-shirt he owns.
Glenlivet x Nicholas Daley The Hand-Crochet Bottle Carrier
Sure, you could get your dad an emotional support water bottle. But we’d argue emotional support, Glenlivet has a little more personality (and we think he’d agree). To keep his favorite bottle close at hand, this holder from the Glenlivet x Nicholas Daley collab is an easy choice.
For the Dad Who Swears He Perfected the Sunday Gravy
promo available
Wildgrain Subscription
Wildgrain is one of the best last-minute Father’s Day gifts because it’s subscription-based. He can get breads and pasta that remind him of what his nonna used to make delivered right to his door. And right now, you can use code RS35 for $35 off your first order.
Make Your Own Hot Sauce Kit
If your dad talks about Hot Ones host Sean Evans like they text regularly, get him his own hot sauce-making kit. He may never make it onto the show, but at least he can pretend he’s a guest from the comfort of his own home.
Personalized Hometown Map Set
My dad consistently refers to his hometown as “God’s country,” which feels… highly debatable. But if your dad is equally committed to hometown propaganda, get him personalized whiskey glasses. He can relive the glory days while sipping on some Jack Daniel’s.
Silver Boat Bar Tool Set
Whether he owns a boat or simply dreams of becoming “captain” someday, get him this bar cart tool set from Mark & Graham. It’s fully customizable, so he can live out his coastal fantasy while he makes you a French 75 (win-win).
Crazy Mountain Non-Alcoholic Original
After taking their Casamigos Tequila to billion-dollar heights, George Clooney, Rande Gerber, and Mike Meldman are switching things up for their next act with a new non-alcoholic beer brand called Crazy Mountain. Available to buy online now, the light and refreshing beer is ideal for summer barbecues, tailgates, afternoons on the golf course, and yes, Father’s Day gatherings alike.
The beer is released in 12 oz. cans, with an original lager-style brew and a lime flavor that’s clean and crisp. The founders say they wanted to create an easy-drinking beer for both sober folks and those who just want an occasional alternative to alcohol. “We wanted to create a beer that lets you enjoy the moment, as well as the morning after,” explains Gerber. “Something real, refreshing, and crafted for the way we actually live today.” Adds Clooney: “We love beer — we just don’t always want the effects that come with it.”
Ooni Volt Bundle
As previously mentioned, my dad’s pizza oven is basically his entire personality. He now owns three, which means he’s essentially running a one-man slice shop out of his kitchen. If you’re looking to gift him a hobby that also benefits you, this is the move.
Basil Hayden Golden Rye Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey
Can’t be there in person for Father’s Day? Send a bottle of whiskey straight to his door and let the gesture do the heavy lifting. It may even smooth over the fact that Father’s Day somehow snuck up on you this year.

Gardyn Studio 2
To accompany the pizza oven, might I suggest a way for him to grow his own herbs? From basil to tomatoes, the Gardyn Studio is surprisingly easy to use. I routinely kill plants and somehow managed to keep mine alive, which may be the strongest endorsement I can offer.
Meater Pro XL
Whether he likes his steak extra rare or medium well, Meater helps make sure every cut lands exactly where his temperature standards say it should.
Grateful Dead Essential Apron Collab
For the Deadhead dads, a Grateful Dead-inspired barbecue apron just makes sense. He can wear it while grilling and reflecting on what “a long, strange trip it’s been…” (I’m of course talking about the grill-to-temp duration).
The Rocco Fridge
Upgrade your dad’s Midwest garage fridge situation with a Rocco. There’s room for everything from Coors to Cabernet, and your mom will appreciate finally replacing his ancient appliance with something that’s actually chic.
The Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve Single Malt Scotch
I always say I leave my parents’ house more tired than I do after a weekend out, because somehow we always stay up until four in the morning talking. And what’s my dad pouring? Glenlivet. Your dad may not be my dad, Walt Mikulski, but I’m willing to believe great whiskey taste is universal.
KitchenAid Fully Automatic Espresso Machine
Every dad deserves a good espresso machine, and this KitchenAid rises to the occasion. It makes iced espresso, regular coffee, and hot espresso, giving him enough caffeine to power through early tee times, late-night advice calls, and whatever mysterious dad activities happen before 6 a.m.
Bombay Sapphire Gin
Instead of panic-buying a half-hearted gift from the closest store, send him a delivery of Bombay Sapphire. One of our editors’ favorite gins, it’s perfect for mixing up the brand’s sparkling lemon cocktail, so your dad can pretend his backyard in New Hampshire is actually somewhere tropical.
Trade Coffee Subscription
For the gift that keeps on giving, sign him up for a Trade Coffee subscription. Fresh beans arrive at his door based on whichever cadence you choose, meaning he’ll always have a solid cup of coffee ready to go (and it makes a great add-on to his new espresso machine).
Dewar’s 19 Year Old “The Champion’s 126th Edition” Cabernet Cask Finish
It’s hard to think of a more quintessential dad gift than something that combines both of his loves: golf and scotch. You’re probably third on that list. This Dewar’s 19 Year Old “The Champion’s 126th Edition” Cabernet Cask Finish pays homage to the 2026 U.S. Open, and the best part: it can be shipped to his door in one to two days if you need a last-minute save.
Omaha Steaks Box
Your dad already knows his way around a grill, so make sure he keeps cooking for you by making his life a little easier with an Omaha Steaks delivery. There are plenty of options — burgers, filets, hot dogs — and you get to sit back, relax, and let him do what he does best: stand outside holding tongs and delivering you food.
ALB Vodka
If you love martinis as much as I do, especially when your dad is the one playing bartender in the back, grab him a bottle of ALB vodka. He’ll feel like a proper mixologist thanks to the quality, and you’ll conveniently benefit from the perfectly made cosmos.
Traeger Westwood XL
My dad is a Traeger loyalist and speaks about it with the kind of devotion most people reserve for religion. So you might as well help your dad out and get him one too. Whether he’s a seasoned grill master or still learning how not to reduce burgers to hockey pucks, a Traeger quickly becomes the assistant coach every backyard chef needs.
Highlandia THC Drink
Highlandia is making THC drinks fun again, with clean, minimal ingredients and sippable flavors that call to mind everything from cotton candy to rocket pops. Ideal for dads who want to let loose without totally reliving their college days, Highlandia’s drinks contain nano THC and CBD that work to create a warm buzz and calming effect rather than getting you “high.”
The easy-to-drink cans make it easy to monitor your intake too, with a 7.5 oz. serving delivering 5mg of THC — about the same as a low-dose gummy.
For the Dad Who Marches to His Own Beat
Human and Pet Custom Portrait
Remember the dog your dad absolutely did not want? And now they’re inseparable? Get him an Etsy portrait featuring him and his actual favorite child. This remains one of the best gifts I’ve both given and received.
History By Mail Subscription
All dads love history. I’m convinced it’s a universal law somewhere. If your father spends his free time watching World War II documentaries or casually bringing up obscure military trivia, this monthly subscription from Uncommon Goods delivers cool historical writings straight to his door.
Custom Potato Parcel
If your dad has always treated April Fool’s Day like the Super Bowl, he needs a Potato Parcel. You can customize an actual potato with your face, his face, or any message you want and send it straight to his door. Not exactly the food delivery he was expecting, but absolutely one he’ll love.
Funko Pop! Movies: The Godfather
It’s been more than 50 years since The Godfather came out, but the way my dad talks about it, you’d think it just hit theaters last weekend. If your dad has similar energy, get him this Vito Corleone Funko Pop for his desk.
Mark & Graham Carson Leather Wallet
When’s the last time you saw your dad’s wallet? Exactly. I’d bet he hasn’t upgraded it in at least a decade. Get him an elevated leather bifold from Mark & Graham that can be personalized with his initials. You do know his middle name, right?
Fair Harbor Bayberry Trunks
A quality pair of swim trunks is exactly the type of thing your dad forgets to buy for himself. This Fair Harbor pair comes in multiple colors, and by the time the next family vacation rolls around, he’ll be so grateful he may even spring for your second piña colada.
Nixon x Rolling Stones Time Teller
Nixon makes some of our favorite timepieces at a reasonable price, and if you have a dad who still won’t stop talking about the first time he heard “Satisfaction,” then he deserves some wrist candy stamped with the symbol that launched his lifelong rock-and-roll phase.
Bombas Gripper Slippers
Slippers don’t sound like the most exciting gift in the world — which is why these aren’t just slippers, they’re Bombas. Perfect for dads who either need a dedicated house shoe or think it’s socially acceptable to sit on your couch with sneakers fully laced up.
American Optical Original Pilot Sunglasses
Whether his icon is JFK or Tom Cruise, he can channel his favorite leading man with these American Optical Original Pilot sunglasses. Normally, I’d never recommend sunglasses as a gift — buying someone shades can be too much of a guessing game — but this shape somehow works on basically everyone.
Bearaby Weighted Blanket
One of the first times my dad stayed at my adult apartment, he used this Bearaby blanket and immediately went home and texted me asking for the link. It’s cooling enough that he won’t overheat, but still has enough weight that he can fall asleep anywhere (even on an air mattress).
Timex Deepwater Arctic Watch
Watches can feel deeply personal, but it’s hard to miss with Timex. I gave this watch to my husband as a wedding gift, and he hasn’t taken it off since. It’s durable enough for everything from pool cleaning to a back-nine tee time.
Carl Friedrik Luggage Set
If your dad hasn’t upgraded his luggage since the Reagan era, now’s the time. This Carl Friedrik set is sleek, fits everything from fifteen different pullovers to his sneaker collection, and glides through the airport smoothly enough for the dad who treats Terminal B like his personal runway (he probably made you get there five hours early, didn’t he?).
Soundboks Mix
Soundboks makes some of the best speakers in the game, so if you want to help your dad turn the volume up, get him this Bluetooth model. It works whether he’s grilling for one or somehow hosting a karaoke night for the entire neighborhood.
Birdfy Nest Duo Smart Bird House
There’s something happening right now where suddenly everyone is getting into birding. Maybe I just turned thirty and failed to notice earlier, but if your dad is ready to embrace his newest hobby, this digital bird feeder takes things to another level.
Lululemon ABC Pants
Lululemon’s ABC pants are one of the most universally beloved pairs of slacks out there. If your dad insists that every remotely dressy pant is “too tight,” now’s your chance to prove him wrong (your mom will thank you, too).
Absolut Tabasco
This Absolut x Tabasco collab is a gift for the dad who appreciates a little novelty with his nightcap. Part spirit enthusiast, part hot sauce fan, it’s proof that good gifting doesn’t always have to play it safe.
Loop Dream Earplugs
Realistically, one of the best gifts you could give your dad is probably peace and quiet. Since you can’t exactly wrap that, these Loop Dream earplugs are the next best thing. It’s one of those practical gifts that secretly changes his life — and you get full credit.
Completing the Puzzle Subscription
If your dad loves a challenge and putting together puzzles but doesn’t want completed ones taking over his man cave, this solves the problem: rent one, finish it, send it back, repeat.
Merjuri Bold Round Signet Ring
A great gift for new dads is a signet ring engraved with the baby’s initials. You can even get a matching one for yourself, so it doubles as a gift for him and a subtle reward for all your hard work here, too.
Larq Filtered Water Bottle
Everyone needs an emotional support water bottle, including your dad. This one filters water on the go, so he doesn’t have to inspect tap water like he suddenly works for the local utilities department.
Nintendo Switch Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Bundle
Let your dad relive the glory days of video games with this Nintendo Switch Mario Kart bundle. It comes with the console and the game, which basically makes it two gifts in one.
LEGO Architecture Notre-Dame de Paris Replica
For the dad who walks past every building and analyzes it like he personally consulted on the project, let him become the architect with a LEGO set. It doubles as a great display piece, and he’ll get the satisfaction of admiring his work, even if that work technically involved stacking tiny bricks for six hours.
Gibson Les Paul Studio Session Electric Guitar
For the dad who likes to play guitar in the garage with his buddies, get him a new axe like this Gibson Les Paul. Buying your dad his dream guitar basically guarantees favorite-child status. I don’t make the rules. I’m just reporting the facts.
Airbnb Experiences
Airbnb Experiences might be one of the coolest things the company offers. Surprise him with a tour of Yankee Stadium or tickets to a live taping of his favorite show. The best gifts aren’t always things; sometimes they’re the stories your dad will retell for the next decade, whether you ask or not.
Homme Link Chain Bracelet
Who says dads can’t receive jewelry? Get your dad or husband a gold chain-link bracelet and watch what happens. Once he gets into jewelry, tiny gift boxes for you may start appearing around every holiday (the long con is real).
Abercrombie & Fitch Premium Heavyweight Tee
If you’ve looked in your dad’s closet recently, there’s a decent chance he’s missing staple basics and instead rotating the same college T-shirt from his fraternity era. You know the one… faded logo, mystery stains, somehow still hanging on. Grab him a few heavyweight tees from Abercrombie and save him from himself.
Iconic: Art, Design, Advertising, and the Automobile
For the car enthusiast, get him this coffee table book featuring some of the coolest automobiles around. Some might even call it a joy read. And if a dad gift guide can’t make room for one truly painful dad joke, then what are we even doing here?
Dinner at Estiatorio Milos
For all the times he picked up the check and hit you with the classic “don’t worry about it,” now’s your chance to return the favor. Estiatorio Milos — with locations around the globe — is the kind of upscale Greek spot dad-dinner dreams are made of.
Founded by Costas Spiliadis, it’s about as close to authentic Greek cuisine as you can get, with a menu that ranges from caviar to lamb chops and lobster pasta (which, speaking from experience, is a solid 10 out of 10). Add in cozy interiors, great views, and service that somehow makes you feel like a regular, and you’ll leave with full hearts and even fuller stomachs.
