
A hotel in St Julian’s was evacuated this morning after a small fire broke out in a recently refurbished building.
Emergency services were called to the scene, with Civil Protection firefighters, police officers, medical teams and Transport Malta officials responding to the incident.
As a precaution, the hotel was evacuated while firefighters worked to bring the situation under control.
Transport Malta personnel were also on site to assist with road closures and traffic management in the area.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is not yet known, and authorities remained on site as operations continued.
