Angry youths have burnt down the Isan Police Station in Oye Local Government Area of Ekiti State.
The youth, who were protesting the alleged shooting of a young man by the police, vowed to keep on demonstrating till justice is served.

An X user, Stephen Ayeni, said the victim had gone to a football field to watch a game when the incident occurred.
Angered by the development, angry youths were said to have stormed the police station, setting it ablaze.
A police officer, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the incident occurred at about 6 p.m. when the gunmen stormed the police station and launched the assault.
According to him, one of the injured officers is in a coma and currently receiving treatment in a hospital.
The officer also disclosed that several vehicles were destroyed in the attack, including a bus hired by police personnel from Abuja.
He further stated that operatives of the Police Mobile Force, who were alerted while approaching Isan from Oye, engaged the assailants and prevented them from taking control of the community.
The police office revealed that some officers on duty fled during the attack but noted that security personnel had since regained control of the area and restored calm.
Extensive damage to the police station was observed, with two vehicles burnt inside the station compound, while a generator, windows, doors, and ceilings were also destroyed by fire.
Outside the premises, three additional vehicles were seen completely burnt.
The Ekiti State Police Command had yet to release an official statement on the incident as of press time.
