CEBU CITY, Philippines — Twenty-six Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) councils in Cebu City could receive P1.5 million each in financial assistance for youth programs and activities under a series of resolutions set to be taken up by the City Council.
The measures, authored by Councilor Rhea Mae Jakosalem, seek to approve the project proposals of the SK councils, which would serve as the basis for the release of the subsidy from the Cebu City Government.
If approved, the 26 barangays covered by the resolutions would receive a combined P39 million in funding.
