Fresh from lifting the biggest title of her career, Francesca Curmi has opened up about what the victory means to her.
Sharing a photo of herself holding the W75 Blois trophy in France, the Maltese tennis star admitted she was still struggling to process the achievement.

The victory at the $75,000 tournament marks the biggest title of her career to date and is set to propel her to a career-high WTA ranking of 268.
“My biggest title in my career so far and putting me at my career high ranking of 268!!!” she said.
Curmi also thanked the people who have supported her throughout her journey, including her team, family and friends.
“I love you all so much and I am so grateful for you and your support.”
The Maltese number one ended her message with a reminder that perseverance pays off.
“Hard work does pay off and I will keep on working hard.”
