After nearly 20 years in the spotlight, Khloe Kardashian has nothing to hide.

Which is why The Kardashians star finally decided to come clean about all the cosmetic procedures she's had done last year, regardless of what internet haters might say about her appearance.

"This gentleman was dictating all these things that I did," Khloe—mom to daughter True, 8, and son Tatum, 3, with ex Tristan Thompson—reflected in a People interview published June 18. "And if I did, I would totally say that. I don't have a problem with it."

But after two decades of facing plastic surgery rumors, the 41-year-old was finally ready to set the record straight once and for all.

"I also want people to know, not that anyone thinks this is all natural, but it's not," Khloe continued. "There is maintenance involved. I've been in the public eye since I was 21. And so age has something to do with it, weight loss for sure. But yes, I've had enhancements. I've had my nose done. I love any sort of laser or injectable."

And while the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum isn't opposed to one day getting a facelift like mom Kris Jenner, she's sticking to non-invasive procedures for the foreseeable future.

As she explained, "Before I need to get my face surgically done, I'm going to do all the lasers and injectables or whatever that I can.”

Khloe—who previously confessed to receiving Botox and Sculptra injections, Sofwave lasers and a nose job in addition to collagen baby Threads underneath her chin and neck—even revealed she bonds with equally "adventurous" sister Kim Kardashian over the latest beauty trends and anti-aging hacks.

"With Kim and I specifically, we'll go down these rabbit holes," Khloe shared. "I'll see like it can be a stretch mark laser commercial, and when I send it to her, I'm like, 'Do you think this is real?' and we're like, 'We need that.'"

While Khloe still loves a day of pampering and rejuvenation at the dermatologist’s office every now and then, the Good American founder admitted she feels most beautiful at home with her family.

"It sounds so corny, but I do," she told the outlet. "Hearing little giggles and having silly dance parties and just rolling on the floor and having just these smiles, that's what I've learned is the most beautiful to me."
