MANILA, Philippines – Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has expanded its flexible workspace business outside Metro Manila with the launch of work.able Iloilo, its largest coworking center in Western Visayas, as it seeks to capitalize on growing demand for office space in regional business hubs.
Located on the 10th floor of Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3, the new facility offers more than 420 seats and marks the first work.able center in the region.
The Gokongwei-led developer said the launch broadens its flexible workspace portfolio while providing businesses with ready-to-use office facilities in Iloilo, one of the country’s emerging provincial growth centers.

“With work.able now in Cybergate Iloilo 3, there is a ready platform for organizations to establish a flexible presence in Western Visayas and scale with greater confidence,” he added.
The launch comes as Iloilo continues to attract office locators. RLC cited CBRE’s first-quarter 2026 market report, which identified Iloilo as one of the country’s top-performing provincial office subdistricts, strengthening its position as an alternative to Metro Manila and Cebu.
Situated beside Robinsons Pavia along Diversion Road, Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3 is about 15 minutes from Iloilo International Airport and is connected to public transportation routes. The property also provides access to nearby retail, dining and essential services.
The new hub features more than 420 workstations spread across 25 private offices, boardrooms, meeting rooms, focus pods and hot desk spaces.
