This is part of DoubleDragon’s broader push to expand its Hotel101 brand locally and overseas as it seeks to build a larger base of recurring revenues from hotel operations.
“The domestic and international expansion of Hotel101 are geared towards Hotel101 Global’s vision of 1 million uniform Hotel101 rooms in 100 countries, mainly through the licensing of its unique and novel HBNB business model that provides long-term recurring revenue stream,” the company said.
HBNB refers to the Nasdaq ticker of Hotel101 Global Holdings Corp., which espouses an asset-light business model that generates revenues from unit sales and hotel operations.

According to the company, the Spanish hotel recently achieved full occupancy and generated more than 100,000 euros in revenue in a single day.
Hotel101 Global has begun generating recurring revenues from the 680-room Madrid property. It is expected to add another overseas asset when the 482-room Hotel101-Niseko in Hokkaido, Japan, opens in December.
DoubleDragon said 2026 would be its busiest year yet for hotel openings, with a total of 2,229 new rooms scheduled to become operational.
Aside from Madrid and Davao, the pipeline includes a 548-room Hotel101-Cebu and the Niseko project in Japan.
The company said the expansion would support its strategy of generating larger recurring revenues from a diversified portfolio that includes community malls, industrial warehouses, office properties and hospitality assets.
