RHORI's Rulla Pontarelli Addresses Photos of Husband Cheating With Another Woman
Rulla Pontarelli is ready to get something of her face, er, chest.
After debuting a new look during The Real Housewives of Rhode Island reunion, the Bravolebrity confirmed she recently went under the knife after filming the show's inaugural season.
As host Andy Cohen pointed out at the top of the June 21 episode, "You look a little zhuzhed in the face. Talk to me about what's different."
The 46-year-old confirmed she got plastic surgery by replying, "Well, after 25 years of debate, I finally decided to go ahead and get my rhinoplasty and a very minuscule lip lift while I was at it."
As for what Rulla's costars thought of her striking transformation?
While getting dressed backstage, Ashley Iaconetti gushed, "Your nose looks so pretty," to which Rulla responded, "Thank you. We all like a little enhancement or refinement."
Meanwhile, Rosie DiMare noted Rulla "looks a lot younger," adding, "I thought she had a facelift."
Alicia Carmody was also a fan of Rulla's nose job, and even poked fun at the cheating rumors surrounding her husband Brian Pontarelli while praising Rulla's new look.
"Brian's probably happy," Alicia quipped to Rosie. "It's like sleeping with another woman."
Of course, Rulla's refreshed face wasn't the only topic she had to answer for during the post-season one showdown. She and Brian—who share kids Luca, 8, and Laila, 5—were put in the hot seat over allegations he's currently carrying on an affair with another woman.

While RHORI fans will have to tune in to part two of the reunion for answers, Rulla recently revealed the couple's marriage is doing better than ever.
"It's almost like we rekindled what we always had, but obviously now, I'm very, you know, cautious, day by day," the financial planner shared on the series' BravoTV.com After Show. "I've been taking things step by step, like with a different perspective. And I see Brian now, and he treats me like he always did before, but even 10 times better."

And Rulla doesn't regret standing by her man after he apologized for his past infidelities.
"The reason why I made certain decisions to kind of continue on is just because of who I am and what I consider to be important," she explained. "That is all in the past. Major, major series of mistakes, but it's definitely water well under the bridge, dead and buried, where it should be."
Rulla certainly isn't the first star to get candid about going under the knife. Keep reading for more celebrity cosmetic procedure confessions.
