The two-hour public session will be presided over by Judge Joanna Korner, along with Judges Keebong Paek and Nicolas Guillou.
Based on the Chamber’s official order, the conference will focus on procedural milestones and logistical frameworks moving forward:
Expert Panel Reports: Establishing deadlines for the parties to file their observations regarding the Expert Panel Report(s).
Confidentiality Protocols: The adoption of a structured protocol for handling confidential information during the trial.
Trial Brief Limits: Determining the strict page limits for the Prosecution’s upcoming Trial Brief.
Post-Recess Scheduling: Setting dates for subsequent status conferences following the court’s upcoming judicial recess.
Counsel Conduct: Addressing recent public statements made by counsel involved in the case.
The agenda reflects submissions from the Office of the Prosecutor, which transmitted its proposed discussion items on June 17, 2026. In contrast, both the defense and the ICC Registry said they had no specific items to add to the agenda. This follows the case’s first status conference, which was held on May 27, 2026.
