Navarro said authorities seized from the suspect four plastic sachets containing approximately 65 grams of suspected shabu, the P500 marked money, a mobile phone, and a motorcycle.
Police records indicate the suspect is a repeat offender who was previously released in 2021.
Navarro alleged that the suspect resumed distributing illegal drugs across several barangays to earn money, as he had no legitimate source of income.
The suspect is currently under CDEU custody and faces charges for violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. The seized evidence will undergo forensic examination.
Police Brig. Gen. Christopher Abrahano, PRO-10 director, commended the operating units, stating that the arrest “shows our hard work to clear Northern Mindanao of illegal drugs.”/coa
