In a Facebook post after the incident, General Trias Mayor Luis Ferrer IV said the injured students were immediately brought to a hospital. Two of them were later transferred to a larger medical facility and underwent surgery due to the severity of their injuries.
The alleged attacker was subsequently brought to a mental health facility for evaluation.

The school also noted that the unauthorized dissemination of footage involving minors may carry legal consequences under existing laws and regulations, including the Data Privacy Act, the Cybercrime Prevention Act, and the Department of Education’s Child Protection Policy.
It likewise encouraged the public to report posts, pages, and accounts sharing the video on Facebook and other online platforms.
“We hope we can count on everyone’s sensitivity and cooperation in bringing the circulation of the footage to an end,” the school said.
