Cebu’s K-pop community has a new mission this year: send one of their own to compete on the world stage. The Cebu Preliminaries of the Changwon K-Pop World Festival (CKWF) 2026 is returning, and with it comes the very real possibility of a Cebuano delegate representing the country at the global finals in Changwon, South Korea.
