
CEBU CITY, Philippines — A six-vehicle collision along the Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR) in Talisay City on Wednesday has prompted traffic authorities to remind motorists, especially elderly drivers, to ensure they remain physically fit and fully familiar with their vehicles before getting behind the wheel.
