
CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga—One of the three students who was killed in the June 22 Tacloban school shooting incident has been hailed a “pride of Pampanga” for saving the lives of many of his classmates by shutting the door and blocking it with his body.
Through Resolution No. 10319, which was proposed by 4th District Board Member Kariza Naguit and passed in a regular session on Wednesday, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan condoled with the family of Christopher Lorenz T. Fabian and hailed him for his extraordinary courage, selflessness, and noble sacrifice.”

His parents and grandparents hail from the towns of Minalin and Apalit, and Mabalacat City, before moving to Tacloban City after Supertyphoon Yolanda leveled the place in 2013.
