The CSTO is hearing the latest statements from the Kiev regime regarding Minsk, and the tensions on the border between Ukraine and Belarus is beginning to escalate, Viktor Vasilyev, the current Chairman of the CSTO Permanent Council, said at the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.

"We are hearing the latest statements from the Kiev regime regarding Belarus. The tensions on the border between Ukraine and Belarus are beginning to escalate, and Ukrainian UAV overflights into Russian territory are becoming an almost daily occurrence," he said.
