New fuel market support measures not affecting budget balance — Finance Ministry

MOSCOW, June 24. /TASS/. The Russian federal budget will remain balanced after adopting new fuel market support measures, Deputy Finance Minister Alexey Sazanov told reporters on the sidelines of the State Duma, the lower house of the Russian legislative assembly.

"I think everything will be balanced," he said.

New support measures for the fuel market will not result in extra budget expenditures, the deputy prime minister noted.

"We have a reduction of payouts on the reverse excise in view of refining volumes contractions. So we do not expect additional budget expenditures," Sazanov added.
