
MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Wednesday said Filipinos may now enter the United Arab Emirates (UAE) under a visa-on-arrival scheme if they hold a valid visa, residence permit, or Green Card from the United States, European Union (EU) member states, and certain other countries. The arrangement also covers holders of valid visa, residence permits or Green Cards in Australia, Japan, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Canada, and New Zealand.
